Here at our Dallas office (2872 Walnut Hill Ln , Dallas, TX 75229), we have a complete repair facility, staffed with fully trained repair technicians to service DT Systems collars and products. We can fix most problems, as well as replace lost or stolen transmitters/receivers on many of our current and previous models. Replacement collars and transmitters for some models have to be done here since the frequencies between the collar and the transmitter have to be matched up to each other. If your unit needs to be returned to DT Systems for any maintenance or repairs, please create a repair ticket below. Please include your entire unit and a note that includes your name, address, daytime phone number, email, and a description of your problem. Please include a copy of a dated receipt for warranty repairs. In all repairs, expedited or special return shipping is not covered but available by request for an extra shipping fee. International shipping and shipping outside of the lower 48 United States are not covered and may require additional charges.

If you are not sure whether or not your unit is still under warranty, click here to go to our warranty page. Repairs covered by our one year full parts and labor warranty will be repaired and returned at no charge. DT Systems will make the final determination of whether or not a repair will be covered by the warranty. Please include a copy of a dated receipt for warranty repairs.
Repairs not covered by the one full parts and labor warranty will be repaired and returned once repair payment is received. Repair costs are dependent on which model you have and what the problem is, but we will not know what the exact cost of the repair is going to be until we receive your unit and have a chance to check it out. (NOTE: Repairs for certain models, like No-Bark collars, are typically cheaper than repairs for remote training systems). Repair costs include tax (TX residents) and the ground shipping cost of returning the unit to the lower 48 United States.
All repairs are covered by a 90-day repair warranty. If the repairs on your unit fail within 90 days of the original repair, you can return your unit and DT Systems will correct the repairs at no charge. DT Systems will make the final determination of whether or not a repair will be covered by the repair warranty. Ground shipping cost (within the US) of returning the unit is covered by this warranty.
